     their quoted rate to those offered by other wholesale lenders
     for the same date.

     others that are available for your property type.

BLUFLOAT1.gif  Evaluate your loan-to-value ratio as it pertains to
     any mortgage insurance requirements - how it may affect
     your pocket book and how you might avoid the requirement.

     that you are not comfortable with and recommend possible
     alternate solutions that you can offer them.

     to pay special attention to such as the comp grid, excessive
     line-item adjustments, functional obsolescence, and the
     reconciled value.

     give an educated opinion regarding your lender's promised
     versus locked rate.

     promised on your Good Faith Estimate.

     arise and hopefully lead to a resolution.
