This request form should be used ONLY if you have not already applied for a home loan with San Juan Mortgage or provided any income, employment, credit, or other qualifying documentation in anticipation of a credit decision.

When you provide any of that type of information to a Lender for the purpose of obtaining a formal or informal credit descision, State and Federal law states that it constitutes an "APPLICATION" and requires that mortgage compliance disclosures must be sent to, and signed by the applicant.

This Good Faith Estimate is not intended to act as an application. It will be prepared using only general loan parameters and not based on any specific borrower information and as such, no compliance disclosures will be sent.
