We want your visit to our website to be beneficial and enjoyable. If you surf the internet regularly, you won't need to change any of your settings to view our website. We're providing the following information on the settings used during our website construction "just in case"...

15" To 21" Monitors

For optimum viewing of our website pages, we recommend setting your monitor resolution to 800 by 600 pixels - and no higher. Higher resolutions will distort some text fields or graphics, making your viewing experience less desirable.

You can adjust your screen resolution, if needed, by clicking "start", "Control Panel", and the "Display" icon, if you're using Windows XP. When in the Display Properties window, click "Settings" and adjust the Screen Resolution as needed.

Widescreen Monitors

We designed this website on a 24" widescreen monitor and found that the peak viewing screen resolution is 1024 by 768 pixels. Your screen resolution may vary, depending upon the manufacturer, but we recommend this resolution as a good starting point.

Graphics Environment

In addition to the importance of your screen resolution setting, the type of graphics card used in your computer will determine how you view internet websites. If the web pages you view appear to be distorted or out of alignment, consult your computer technician.

You'll need Java Runtime to view the many on-line calculators and other mortgage market resource engines. You can download a FREE copy of Java Runtime Environment Version 5.0 at:

You may also need Adobe Flash Player or similar product to view the web content created by Flash. You can download a FREE copy of Adobe Flash Player 9, as well as the Adobe Reader at:

www.adobe.com/downloads/#acrobatfamily

Most computers already have these programs installed at the time of your purchase, so take a look at our website first and if there are no little red X's where the graphics are supposed to be, and the on-line calculators requiring Java work ok, you probably don't need anything else.
