If you're ready to apply for your loan with San Juan Mortgage, you've made the right choice. You'll get a great wholesale interest rate with your loan and even pick it out yourself right off the wholesale lender's rate sheet.

START YOUR APPLICATION !
Terry will assist you with every aspect of your loan application. Please start the process by clicking the LOAN APPLICATION DOCUMENTS link below. When the window opens, print the entire file of documents on letter size paper. These loan documents are PART ONE of your loan application document package.
After you complete the loan application form below, either on-line or from a hard copy as discussed under #3 below and return it to us, we'll input the information into our computer. Then, we'll send you several loan information disclosures for your signature. These additional disclosures are PART TWO of your loan application document package. Please sign and date everything and combine PART ONE with PART TWO and send them to us.

After you've printed these documents, confirm that you have all of them by comparing them to those listed on the DOCUMENTS INCLUDED IN THIS FILE page (File Page Two). Each borrower needs to sign the documents where indicated. Before sending us your application package, please double-check your documents to ensure that all signatures and dates are in place.
2. NEXT, pull out the STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS located on (File Page Three). This will serve as a short written guide of the things you need to do to get your loan into process. Keep it handy...
3. NEXT, you will need to COMPLETE THE LOAN APPLICATION. You can do this in one of two ways. You can complete the application on-line, or you can print out a paper copy and do it by hand - it's your choice. If your financial, employment and tax information is not all in the same location, you may find it easier to fill out a hard copy of the application.
COMPLETE THE "ON-LINE" APPLICATION FORM:
4. If you choose this method to fill out your application, go to our HomePage and click the ON-LINE PROCESSING tab on the SIDE BAR or at the bottom of this page. This web page has the complete details for setting up your personal information section and completing the on-line loan application. Print this web page and refer to it as you begin the on-line application.
5. NEXT, click the following link and, using the instructions already printed from our ON-LINE PROCESSING page, complete the application form. Include all information requested. A thoroughly completed application form will ensure speedy processing.
